Here at Healthy Eating, we understand how hard it can be to stay on track with your goals. Maybe you don't have enough time to plan your meals each week, or you can't seem to find recipes that are simple to make but still taste great. Sound familiar?

Our team has personal experience with the struggles that many of us face when trying to change our eating habits. That's why our aim is to make meal planning as painless as possible by doing the hard work for you.

We've all been there - you decide that you need to change your relationship with food for the better. You start planning and scouring the internet for recipes you could make. You make a shopping list and you start feeling really motivated… for about a week. Sometimes, life just gets in the way and our team at Healthy Eating knows and understands this.

So, we decided to do something about it. Together, we came up with a plan to build an app that could create personalized meal plans that takes your own preferences and needs into account. We recognized that many people lead busy lives and would need something that could cut out the hard work and save all that wasted time.

Once we spent some time testing our meal planning app, we knew it was ready for others to beta test it too. Friends and family members gave it a try too and the feedback was that using the automated meal planner was quicker, simpler and more exciting than trying to get it all done yourself using recipe websites or books.

Then we were ready to share it with the world. We beta launched in 2019 and are constantly working to improve the app with your feedback so that it can be used by anyone to create personalized, easy-to-use, inspiring, stress-free meal plans.

Healthy Eating was born from our own personal needs and now we get to share it with the world.
